While the inspector’s job is to identify concerns, my job is to help my clients understand what those findings mean for their purchase, their budget, and their future plans.

Working with this wonderful mother-and-daughter duo was truly a blessing. They were patient, kind, thoughtful, and an absolute joy to work with from start to finish.

This was a special journey because it became a family affair, not just for their family but mine as well. My granddaughter was along for parts of the journey(at their request) making memories right alongside us.💙

One of the things I love most about real estate is that it’s never just about the house. It’s about the people, the relationships, and the village that comes together to help make homeownership possible.

Most buyers worry about this but rarely ask it out loud.

The truth? Missing a payment doesn't automatically mean foreclosure.

Many mortgage companies offer temporary hardship options such as:
✅ Loan forbearance
✅ Payment plans
✅ Loan modifications

The key is contacting your lender immediately not after you've missed several payments.

Another smart move? Build an emergency fund before buying if possible. Many financial experts recommend having 3-6 months of expenses saved.
