Real estate is more than houses and contracts to us — it’s helping families build dreams, create memories, and start new chapters. Getting to walk through this journey together, celebrating wins side by side, makes every late night, showing, and closing worth it.

Here’s a Snow-Prep Home To-Do List you can save or share ❄️🏠

❄️ BEFORE THE SNOW

☐ Check weather forecast & alerts
☐ Set thermostat to 55°F or higher
☐ Insulate or drip faucets
☐ Open sink cabinets on exterior walls
☐ Disconnect outdoor hoses & cover spigots
☐ Bring pets inside & stock pet food
☐ Charge phones, battery packs, flashlights
☐ Stock essentials (water, food, meds)
☐ Test smoke detectors & carbon monoxide alarms
☐ Locate main water shut-off valve

🧤 OUTSIDE PREP

☐ Move vehicles away from trees
☐ Clear driveway & walkways (before snow sticks)
☐ Salt steps and entrances
☐ Secure outdoor furniture & décor
☐ Check roof & gutters for loose debris

🔥 INSIDE PREP

☐ Close blinds/curtains at night for insulation
☐ Lay out extra blankets & warm clothing
☐ Prepare alternative heat source (fireplace space heater—use safely)
☐ Set fridge/freezer to coldest safe setting
☐ Fill bathtub or containers with water (just in case)

⚡ IF POWER GOES OUT

☐ Keep fridge/freezer doors closed
☐ Use flashlights
☐ Shut off water if pipes may freeze
