Remodeled Kitchen: Kitchen was taken down to the studs and reconfigured. Everything was replaced (custom cabinets with Pinterest copied corner drawers/spice racks/etc, all appliances, lighting fixtures, sink, faucet. Fireplace was painted and a custom mantle was added. Double barn doors were added to the small pantry.
Walk-in Pantry: Sewing room near kitchen was remodeled into a huge walk-in pantry for an extra fridge, freezer, hidden safe, and tons of storage. Tile was added as well as a shelving system.
Living Room: Fireplace was resurfaced with fake rock and a new custom mantle. Drop down ceiling fans and can lighting were added. Bookshelves were evened out and TV put above fireplace.
Media Room: Original owners added the media room and additional garages in early 2000s. No updates have been needed beyond replacing the projector, but it boasts paneled walls, a massive projection screen TV, a bar with extra dishwasher, beverage fridge, and tons of storage.
5th Bedroom: The upstairs game room was transformed into a large 5th bedroom as a closet was added connecting it to a jack-and-jill bath.
Office and stairs: All the wood paneling and stair banisters were sanded and re-stained dark walnut. A shelving and filing cabinet system was added and can convey if desired.
Walls and trim: The entire house was repainted from baseboards to ceilings. This home has custom plantation shutters that were also repainted.
Exterior: Stone walkway to the friends’ entrance was added. Gas lanterns were repaired around the home. All the back exterior lighting was updated with new fixtures. Homeowners added a new cedar fence to the pool backyard and a metal fence was added to the tree house yard (this home has four separate yards: Front yard, backyard with pool, fenced courtyard with outdoor fireplace, and tree house yard). Much of the exterior trim and doors have been replaced around the house (wood trim on the front door, kitchen door, and the detached 4th garage doors are brand new).
Pool: Pool coping and waterfall were replaced. Pool has been maintained as needed including replacing the pool salt generator pump in the past 2-3 years. Pool is fiberglass and does not need a liner. Hot tub does not convey.
Other notes: Storage is abundant with a 2-story walk-in attic and flooring above the 3-car garage. There’s a laundry chute from the upstairs hall closet to the laundry room.
Mechanicals: Three total HVAC systems. One was replaced in 2018 and another has had parts replaced. New thermostats were installed in the past year or so. There are two tankless water heaters that were added during the remodel.
