Congrats to my Buyers for getting the home that checked off all the boxes and that was in the location they wanted! We started this journey in the beginning of the year like in February and now we finally closed on their home. We did get another home under contract but after the home inspection my Buyers backed out. I will always do what's best for my clients (not for me) by recommending home inspections and trying to protect them like they are family. Good things come to those who wait!

Felicidades a mis Compradores por agarrar la casa que tenia todo lo que buscaban y en el lugar donde ellos querian! Empezamos esta busqueda en el comienzo del año com en Febrero y ahora ya cerramos finalmente en su casa. Si agarramos otra casa bajo contrato y despues de la inspeccion de casa mis Compradores se Salieron del trato. Yo siempre hare lo que es mejor para mis clientes (no para mi) y recomendare inspecciones para tratar de protegerlos como si fueran Familia. Cosas buenas vienen a los que saben esperar.
