Congrats to my Seller for closing on their investment property and to my first time home buyer for such a big accomplishment. Helping buyers and seller in the process of such a big decision is a great honor for me. Thank your for the continued trust. Congrats to my Seller who closed on his investment property! It was so rewarding to get this one to the finish line! I was the 2nd agent that listed it and not gonna lie, I was a little nervous. (Because I can be a little worrier) But I told myself: You got this, you can do it! And I didnt leave it to chance, I came in with a strategy and invested my time/resources. And Bam, this one is in the books!
Congrats to my Buyer for closing on his 1st home. Seeing him make such big moves at such a young age is truly inspiring and reminds me: Homeownership can be at everyone's reach. Also hits closer to home when I have known this buyer since he was smaller. Man I feel old! 😅

Yo fui la segunda agente que puso la propiedad a vender, y no voy a mentir estaba un poco nerviosa. (Porque aveces soy asi, muy preocupona) Pero me dije a mi misma: Tu tienes esto, lo puedes lograr! Y no lo deje a la casualidad, vine con una estrategia y inverti mi tiempo y recursos. Y Bam, lo demas ya es historia!
