Whoa! What a success yesterday was! We had a small but sweet class where many felt comfortable participating. So glad I was chosen to be a Speaker as the Real Estate Professional. Being able to educate my Spanish speaking community so that they are better prepared for when it comes to making probably the biggest purchase of their Life, isn't something I take lightly. For me it was an honor and am happy to give back, volunteer, and share the little tid bits I have picked up in these last 5 years of my career. It was so fun to be able to speak with a lot of other professionals and friends I work with regularly. And also see some of my clients take advantage of this valuable information. One of them even told me, "I feel like all young ones should take advantage of this course as soon as they reach adulthood. That way they are better prepared." Couldn't make it to this one? Wow! Que exitoso fue ayer! Tuvimos una clase chica pero muy dulce donde muchos se sintieron comodos y participaron. Estoy tan contenta que fui eligida para enseñar como la Profesional de Bienes y Raices. Poder educar a mi comunidad hispana hablante para que esten mejor preparados cuando Hagan probablemente la compra mas grande de sus vidas, no es algo que tomo a la ligera. Para mi fue un honor y estoy feliz de dar para atras, ser voluntaria, y compartir unas cuantas cositas que he aprendido en estos ultimos 5 años de mi carrera. Fue muy divertido poder presentar junto con otros professionales y amigos con los que trabajo regularmente. Y tambien ver algunos de mis clientes aprovechar la information valiosa que se dio. And just when I thought things were slowing down. Got my 2 Buyers and 1 Seller under contract just yesterday. Congrats to them! Cant wait to hand them the keys! And to my Seller for getting their home sold in a weekend. Now who's next?

And just like that bam! We are under contract. So happy for my buyers who were able to get one step closer to their home. One is a seasoned investor ready to add to his portfolio. And I know us as Realtors usually dont talk about this, but I will say it has been a tough month with 3 deals falling through. But sometimes its just not a good fit and I will always put my client first and not think only about getting a comission check. I like to treat my clients like family and always watch out for them! Im in this for the long run. 🏃‍♀️ I keep telling myself this, a winner is a big loser who just never gave up!

Y asi no mas bam! Estamos bajo contrato. Estoy tan contenta por mis Compradores que pudieron dar un paso mas cercas a agarrar sus casitas. Uno es un inversionista con experiencia y que va añadirla a su portfolio. Y yo se que usualmente nosotros como Agentes no hablamos de esto, pero si lo dire ha sido un mes muy dificil ya que tuve 3 contratos que se deshicieron. Pero a veces no es una buena compra, y yo siempre pondre a mis clientes en primer lugar y no no mas pensar en mi siguente cheque de comission. Yo tratare a mis clientes como familia y cuidare de sus intereses. Yo estoy en esto para largo. 🏃‍♀️ Y sigo diciendome esto, un ganador es un gran perdedor que nunca se dio por vencido!

Congratulations to my Buyers! Feeling very accomplished after 3 closings this week. A few wins we had: got under asking price, negotiated a few home repairs, appraisal came back higher which means instant equity, got seller credits, and 1 buyer even got a check at closing! There are lots of opportunities to be had out in this market, just have to be prepped. Please give me a ring if you want to sit down 1 on 1 over coffee and come up with a game plan! This could be you next month!

Unas ganancias fue de que agarramos la casa bajo el precio que pedian, negocie reparaciones de la inspeccion de casa, unas evaluaciones de la casa salieron mas altas so agarraron equidad instantanea, agarramos creditos de vendedor, y un comprador hasta agarro un cheque en el cierre! Hay muchas opportunidades que se pueden obtener en esta marketa, no mas tienes que estar preparado.
