JUST FOUND OUT YOU MAY NEED OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING?

If you recently learned that on-campus housing may not be available, or that you have the option to live off campus this year, Sharp Point Properties @ CCU may be able to help.

We recently expanded our community to accommodate more CCU students, but availability is now becoming very limited.

Only 6 bedrooms remain for the upcoming school year.

Why students and parents choose Sharp Point Properties @ CCU:

* One of the closest communities to Coastal Carolina University
* Direct walking path to campus
* Teal Mobile stop right at our entrance
* All-inclusive pricing with no hidden monthly costs
* Monthly professional cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and other shared spaces
* Ring doorbell subscription included
* Partially furnished bedrooms and common areas. Just bring your own mattress, bedding, kitchen supplies, and bathroom necessities.
* Private bedroom access for added privacy and security
* Spacious 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes designed for independent student living

We know finding housing this late in the summer can be stressful. If you or someone you know has been affected by changing campus housing availability, we'd be happy to answer your questions and help you find the right fit.

In-person and virtual tours are available, with additional tour times recently added.

Send us a message for current availability or to schedule a tour.
