The summer rush settles down, but the Grand Strand doesn't.

The beaches have a little more breathing room. The weather still gives us plenty of beautiful days. It's a great time to get outside and explore beyond the sand. And somehow, the sunsets never seem to get the memo that peak season is over.

Less traffic. Easier dinner plans. Cooler evenings. More room to wander.

Around here, we call that locals' season. And it has its perks. 😉

Labor Day exists because of people who work.

Down here that means the housekeepers turning over units in August heat, the maintenance guys who show up at 9pm, the servers, the lifeguards, the folks running the piers and the rental stands. A beach town runs on them.

Grateful for our team and everyone else who made this season happen. Happy Labor Day 🤍
