📊 Upper Cumberland Real Estate Market Update

The housing market in the Upper Cumberland has remained stronger overall in 2026 compared to last year.

🏡 January–July 2026: 1,806 residential homes sold
🏡 January–July 2025: 1,643 residential homes sold

That’s approximately a 9.9% increase in residential sales year over year!

July by itself was a little slower, with 289 homes sold in July 2026 compared to 296 in July 2025, a decrease of about 2.4%.

The takeaway? Even with normal month-to-month fluctuations, buyers and sellers are still active across the Upper Cumberland.
