Katlin and Brian sold the house in town that their family had officially outgrown, and today they closed on their new place!

20 acres, over 3,200 sq ft, outbuildings, room for projects, room for the kids to run... and apparently most importantly, according to the kids, “PLENTY of places to hide!” 😂😂

All 4 of them were ready to take off and explore the house and outbuildings at full speed the second we got there. 😂

This was such a fun one. Katlin and Brian knew what they were looking for, didn't mind something that needed a few updates, and we ended up finding this place off market!

I seriously couldn't have asked for an easier family to work with through both selling and buying. ❤️
