A BARNDO is officially coming to Copperas Cove, Texas! 🎉

This VA One Time Close Construction Loan closed on September 15, 2026, and now it is time to break ground! Another great benefit is that the buyer’s Realtor gets paid at slab instead of waiting until construction is complete.

Tanja Allen, thank you for your knowledge, leadership, and dedication throughout the lending process. Cayla Winstead, thank you for all the hands on work, communication, and attention you gave this file as part of Tanja’s team. You both helped keep everything moving toward closing. CMG mortgage

Kia Sinkfield, the buyer’s Realtor, thank you for advocating for your client. Jessica Lloyd with The Real Estate Home Team, thank you for the leadership and support you provided as broker.

Diana Brown with Monteith Title Company, thank you for helping make closing day a smooth one.

Marty with First Draft Inc., thank you for turning the vision for this barndo into actual floor plans. You are such a valuable part of our team!
