We were honored to welcome Florida Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia, Blaise Ingoglia Commissioner Robert Gonzalez, Commissioner Roberto J. Gonzalez State Representative, Tom Fabricio, Tom Fabricio REC colleague Nelson, and Cookie the dog. We will let taxpayers know to vote in November 2026 for no property taxes — which will reduce your current homestead taxes. Thank you Governor DeSantis for putting it on the ballot. We need 60% of homeowners of their primary residence to vote yes. This will not impact funding for police, fire, or other essential services — don’t fall for the scary tactics. 🏡 Big news for Florida homeowners!

Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Legislature have advanced a proposal that could increase the Homestead Exemption up to $250,000. The measure is expected to head to Florida voters this November, where it will need 60% approval to pass.
