We are grateful for our vendor partners who take extra care to make sure our properties are always looking their best! People do not realize how much goes into caring for commercial property especially shopping centers. The small details make a difference.

We have been working with some vendors for decades…for instance, Bowman Landscaping & Property Maintenance. Their crew is on site today at The Walk of Coral Springs for their routine lawn maintenance. Teams of landscapers are here edging the lawn along the curbs, mowing the grass, blowing leaves, and shaping hedges. We are so grateful for our vendor partners like Dan Bowman and his team.

This week, Amera was proud to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week by sponsoring lunches for the incredible teachers and staff at Riverland Elementary in Fort Lauderdale and at James S. Hunt Elementary School in Coral Springs. 🍎✨

Education has always been a core value of both our family and our business. We believe strong schools help build strong communities, and we are grateful for the teachers who dedicate themselves each day to educating, mentoring, and inspiring future generations.

As a company deeply rooted in the communities where our properties are located, it is important to us to support and give back to the people, schools and organizations that make these neighborhoods so special.
