Celebrating Rich Lovell 🎉
Today, we have two very special reasons to celebrate our CFO, Rich Lovell! We celebrate his birthday and the beginning of his well-earned semi-retirement after 20 years with Amera!
Over the past two decades, Rich has been much more than our CFO. His leadership, sound judgment and steady hand have helped guide Amera through some of the most challenging periods in our industry and economy from the Great Recession to the uncertainty of the pandemic and everything in between.
Through it all, Rich has helped steady the ship, offering thoughtful counsel and perspective while always keeping Amera moving forward. His contributions over the last 20 years have played an important role in where we are today. His vast knowledge and expertise has been priceless in creative problem solving and decision making.
While we’re fortunate that semi-retirement means Rich isn’t going too far and there is a transition period, we’re excited for him to have a little more time to enjoy life outside of the office. He has certainly earned it!
