Talk about a roller coaster of emotions!

One client was disappointed, another was excited to submit an offer, one was working through inspections, another was preparing to receive their keys, and one successfully made it to the closing table. Days like this remind me that real estate is never boring. Every phone call can change the direction of a transaction, and every day brings new opportunities, new challenges, and new victories. While one chapter may end, another one is already beginning. I'm grateful for every client who trusts me to guide them through the process the good, the challenging, and everything in between. ❤️

Today, these first-time home buyers officially become homeowners! 🏡♥️

One thing I loved about working with them was that they knew exactly what they wanted from the very beginning. Not only did they want a new construction home, they had their hearts set on a specific street in the superhero subdivision! 🦸‍♂️🏡 They stayed focused, communicated quickly, trusted the process, and made their dream a reality. Inspections today in the SUPERHERO SUBDIVISION!!

Today was inspection day with Greg Brooks on a brand-new construction home. One of the most common questions I hear from buyers is:

"Do I really need an inspection on a new build?"

My answer is always YES.

Even with a brand-new home, multiple contractors, trades, and vendors are involved throughout the building process. An independent inspection helps identify items that may have been overlooked before closing, giving buyers peace of mind and an opportunity to have concerns addressed by the builder.

As REALTORS®, our job is to help protect our clients every step of the way, and that includes recommending a professional home inspection—whether the home is 30 years old or 30 days old.
