✨ A LITTLE ABOUT ME!✨
Since you’re here, let me tell you a little about the woman behind Swift Sells Homes. 🏡💙

I’m a wife, boy mom, Jesus lover, longtime Corpus Christi resident, and REALTOR® who has been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2007.

Before real estate, my background included banking, management, marketing, design and partnering in a local business—all of which taught me skills I still use every single day when representing my clients.

🏡 A little about my real estate life:
I’m a top-producing agent with Coldwell Banker Pacesetter Steel, specializing in residential real estate and corporate relocation. I’ve been working with relocation clients since 2010 and have had the privilege of helping families from all over find their place here in the Coastal Bend.

But for me, real estate has never been just about houses.

It’s about people.

It’s about the family buying their first home…the seller saying goodbye to a house filled with memories…the relocation client moving across the country…the buyer who has searched for MONTHS before finally walking into “the one.”

Those are the moments I love. ❤️

JUST SOLD! 417 Cole in Corpus Christi! 🔑🏡 🎉

This house hunt was MONTHS-long…and then we stumbled into 417 Cole, and we knew we’d found the one! ❤️

Now this house is a charmer and almost 100 years old so of course, real estate couldn’t just let us ride happily into the sunset. There were a few plot twists, hurdles, and “well…that’s interesting” moments along the way. 😅

But with great listing agents (thanks Kamran Zarghouni and Brent Munlin), Nueces Title Company, and everyone working together, we stayed the course, tackled each hurdle as it came, and FINALLY crossed that finish line!
