🏡 FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS! 🔑

Closing days are always exciting, but this one was extra special! I had the privilege of helping the sweetest family purchase their very first home, and I’m so thankful they trusted me to be a part of their journey. 🥹❤️

And I’m pretty sure there’s one very happy little boy who is going to LOVE having a new place to call home! 💙🏡 Seeing a family start this new chapter together is exactly why I love what I do.

We definitely couldn’t have gotten to the closing table without an amazing team behind us! A huge thank you to Melissa Kerbow with Fairway Mortgage, Tracey Merritt-Smith & Lauren Gilliam with The Closing Partner, Randy Loyd with 360 MyHome Inspections, and my wonderful team at Southern Legacy Group of The American Realty. It truly takes a village!

Congratulations to this sweet family on saying YES to the address! 🔑🎉 I hope your new home is filled with laughter, love, lots of memories, and one VERY happy little boy! 💙I cannot wait to see updated pictures once you start making this house your home.

🇺🇸 Today, we remember.

We remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed on September 11, 2001.

25 years later, we will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

🏡🍑 WELCOME HOME TO GEORGIA! 🍑🏡

This closing was an extra special one! My clients made the move from Illinois to Georgia and officially became Georgia homeowners today! 🔑❤️

And here’s the crazy part… they didn’t see their new home in person until the FINAL WALK-THROUGH! 😳🏠 Talk about putting your trust in your Realtor! I’m so thankful they trusted me to be their eyes and ears here in Georgia, help guide them through every step from miles away.❤️

A huge thank you to Laura C. Rutledge with Vallant Bank for taking such great care of our clients on the lending side and to The Closing Partner for helping us get across the finish line! It truly takes a great team to make a smooth closing happen. 🙌

Once again…Welcome to Georgia! 🍑 I’m so excited for you to start this next chapter and make your new house HOME!

🐾 And a special thank you to my networking partners at KP’s Pet Services for helping make their move to Georgia a little extra special with their gift bag of treats for their fur babies! This is exactly why I love building relationships with other local businesses, I want to be able to connect my clients with people I know and trust when they need them. ❤️

Thinking about relocating to Georgia? You don’t have to be here for me to help you get started. 😉
