🏡✨ CLOSING WEEK for my amazing first time home-buyers. They were referred to me through a mutual friend, and I'm so thankful when my friends think of me for their real estate needs. ❤️

It's been such a blessing helping this precious couple find their first home. After getting beat out in a multiple offer situation, they were discouraged, but we stayed persistent and we ended up with the perfect house for them! They trusted my guidance, did everything perfectly, and even stayed positive when we were hit with a low appraisal situation that could have detailed the whole deal.
