PIVOT, PIVOT, PIVOT. 😂 That was the theme of this closing!

There is SO much that happens behind the scenes between going under contract and getting to the closing table. Vendors, repairs, inspections, septic, termite letters, attorneys, a last-minute notary, and so much more. This closing required all of it.

My job is to handle the moving pieces, solve the problems, and keep as much stress as possible off my clients. Everyone pivoted when we needed to, we got it DONE, and we didn’t have to extend closing!

So happy to get 60 Thornberry Way CLOSED this afternoon and help this family get their mother’s home sold. ❤️

☀️ Selling your home in Georgia in the middle of a 98° summer? Two things sellers overlook ALL the time that make a huge difference:

1. KEEP THE AIR ON.
It sounds simple, but if buyers walk into a hot house, they aren't staying long. They're uncomfortable, ready to leave, and they're not noticing the new carpet, updated HVAC, or all the details you've put into the house.

We want buyers comfortable, taking their time, looking around, and picturing themselves living there. Happy buyers stay longer & happy buyers buy houses!

2. MOW. THE. GRASS.
This is a BIG one, especially with vacant homes. Most buyers will drive by your house before they ever schedule a showing. When they pull into the driveway, we want their first thought to be, I love this house.

If the yard looks neglected, we're already starting from the bottom trying to convince them to like it. Start from the top. Make them love it before they ever walk through the door.

Little things make a BIG difference when you're selling, especially during a Georgia summer.
