Three Transactions. One Strong Week in Mobile.

Angela McArthur: Commercial Real Estate Advisor - Stirling , Senior Advisor and Broker Associate, recently represented three successful transactions across the Mobile market.

At Schillinger Place Shopping Center, Angela represented a 3,370 SF retail lease with Mediacom, which is expanding within the center and relocating to a larger space to accommodate continued growth.

Angela also represented a retail lease at 7695 Cottage Hill Rd with Kasher Jewelry, and closed the sale of a 3,154 SF office property at 6313 Piccadilly Square, which sold in just 65 days from listing with four offers on the table.
