Some transactions are smooth sailing… and then there are the ones that teach you more than you ever expected. 😅 This one was definitely a learning experience, with curveballs, surprises, delays, and plenty of moments that tested our patience along the way.

This closing is extra special because my seller also happens to be my father-in-law. I am incredibly grateful for the patience and grace he showed throughout this entire process. When things didn’t go according to plan, he continued to trust me to advocate for him, navigate each obstacle, and get us to the finish line.
