Open House Rule 1️⃣: always choose a hiding spot that you can gracefully get up from when buyers walk in unexpectedly because nothing humbles you faster than crawling off the floor trying to look professional 🏡😂

Come tour a home, fall in love with the details, and save me from having to pretend I wasn’t just laying on the floor in the entry way, waiting for visitors. 😆
