1. Water Pressure check. Try all the faucets, more than one at a time. A luxury shower isn't so luxurious when it takes twice as long to rinse your shampoo
out of your hair.
2. Window check. Make sure they are not painted stuck, stubborn, not gliding straight. These things will become
annoying once you move in.
3. Cell Service. Check the signal in each room. A dead zone in your home office can become a dealbreaker.
4. Laundry Hook Ups. Is an upstairs laundry room important to you or are you the type that likes the "extra steps" each day?
5. Outlets. Are there enough in areas that make sense to you and your family? When you plug something in, is it a firm fit or is it loose?
6. Property Lines. Know where they begin and end.
7. Morning Sun. East facing bedrooms - are you an early bird, or will this drive you nuts?
8. Locks. You'd be surprised how many locks do not work properly.
9. Storage. Is there enough storage for you? If there isn't, you may end up feeling closed in, shoving your stuff wherever you can, never feeling organized.
