This property is SO nice.. I was a little envious of the buyer's when it sold. Land listings are always just a little longer of a wait on the market as most buyers you come across are looking for homes - not land. But this property was sold in less time than the market average, and that's an accomplishment to be proud of.

Just trying to get caught up on my social media for the month of August thus far. This month has been a WHIRLWIND!

This home did a COMPLETE 180 after the seller's spent a week in Florida getting it ready for the market (I'll post some before and afters soon). The initial thought was that we were going to list as-is and wait for an investor to purchase, but after a long conversation the seller's went in full force to get this home market ready. It still needed a little bit of updating here and there, but then a cash buyer came along who didn't mind doing a little updating after closing... and the rest was history!
