A few months ago a IL agent reached out and stated she had a client (Joe) who was looking in the Hammond area, specifically near Purdue.

I asked how she got my info and said she googled “Purdue Northwest Realtor” and I was one of the first names to pop up! lol so my degree did do something! 😂

Fast forward a few weeks later, Joe and I finally found a property that fit his needs and can be upgraded to be an even more profitable investment in the very near future. 🙏🏼🏡

Huge congratulations to Gerardo for closing on his home in the exact city he had been looking in!

For him on this deal, we were able to negotiate one of the highest numbers I’ve seen in seller concessions based on price point, get every single inspection item he wanted, fixed, except for one, and close on his timeline right before the school year starts for his family!

Huge thank you to Garrett Litke on the lending side as always to make sure everything in financing went as smooth as possible and get us the clear to close very quickly as usual.

About a month ago I get a random call from my old high school baseball coach talking about how his daughter and son in law were looking to buy a home and hadn’t had a good experience with a online realtor they found.

He doesn’t have social media so there was really no way of him knowing I was in the business till his son, my old teammate, told him lol huge thanks for that! 🙏🏼

Fast-forward to last week, we closed on their very first home right after they welcomed their 1st baby into the family. 🎉🎉🎉

Stories like this always make the business so much more enjoyable because you know it’s not just an ordinary purchase, but a lifelong memory they will have and to top it off…they have two moments to celebrate around this time every year. lol

This week Corey closed on his very first home!

Coreys gf actually had told a friend of mine about the struggle of their home search, she then referred them to me, and I’m glad to hear once they switched to us they had a completely new positive outlook on the home search!

This search was one for the books as we had been beaten out for a few homes prior but even so, it was my job to show him what we do at The Nickla Group to provide the best service possible and still find him a home he would love. 💪🏡

Side note: We were able to get Corey’s home a BRAND NEW roof and gutters for his home and garage!

With the help of many in this transaction from all sides, we worked very hard to make this as smooth as possible and I couldn’t be more happy for Corey!

He has already shown be ideas of what he will do to the home and it’s gonna look beautiful. 🤩
