About a year and a half ago we started this home search and got to know each other and seeing the home they found, I’d say their patience paid off! 🙏🏼

About a month or so ago I got a message from a friend I had met while cashiering at Meijer, maybe 5-6 years ago or so , she had mentioned her son was looking for a home and she got us connected through Facebook.

That was only about a month ago…lol and now I can proudly congratulate Kyle on officially closing on his first home! 🙏🏼🏡🎉

He was very certain of what he wanted and after meeting for a buyer consultation, I knew it wouldn’t take him long to find what he was looking for and do what he needed to make it happen!

Throughout the whole transaction, Kyle, the listing agent, and our awesome lender were huge parts of this transaction going from under contract to closing in less than 30 days!

I couldn’t be grateful enough for all the connections I’ve made in my life and being trusted to continue to help with the home buying process.🎉🏡

Overall with their family, this is the 8th time working together and number 9 coming soon with their previous home coming to the market 🙌

A MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR CLIENT ON HER 8 UNIT CLOSING!

She had a goal of 10 units this year and has secured 8 and it’s not even May yet! 🎉

I am extremely late on this but I did tell myself 2026 would be the year I post more on social no matter what lol

Last month we had our company and team awards and although the trophies and dinners were amazing as always, I think acknowledging the fact that I get to wake up every day and love the career and company I am in, is one of the biggest blessings I could’ve asked for.

You hear every real estate agent say this, but it goes without saying that without the trust from our clients whether they be family and friends or people we have never met prior we could not be successful in this business.

This business could be stressful at times and maybe even make you question your license lol there’s no better feeling than getting someone to that closing table and hearing that you did a great job for them.

So thank you to my clients, thank you to all the agents I worked with, my loan officers, my team, my company, and of course, my family and friends who always support and share my stuff lol

Means the world and always grateful. 🙌🙏🏼y
