This week Corey closed on his very first home!

Coreys gf actually had told a friend of mine about the struggle of their home search, she then referred them to me, and I’m glad to hear once they switched to us they had a completely new positive outlook on the home search!

This search was one for the books as we had been beaten out for a few homes prior but even so, it was my job to show him what we do at The Nickla Group to provide the best service possible and still find him a home he would love. 💪🏡

Side note: We were able to get Corey’s home a BRAND NEW roof and gutters for his home and garage!

With the help of many in this transaction from all sides, we worked very hard to make this as smooth as possible and I couldn’t be more happy for Corey!

He has already shown be ideas of what he will do to the home and it’s gonna look beautiful. 🤩

Sandra and Oved reached out to me what feels like yesterday and now we just closed on their first home! 🎉

Time flies but so grateful we were able to get them something they loved and in a great location to have many great memories with the family! 🙏🏼

Déjà vu!

Another big congratulations to my longtime clients Alexa and Stephen on the sale of their beautiful home they renovated and made almost brand new!

They seriously turned the home into a modern day beauty and I cannot wait to see the updates that their new current home is having and how that one ends up looking! 🔥🏡

I’ve honestly lost count how many closings we’ve had together, but I think this may be number 10 overall with the family and I cannot express how much that means to me! 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

A super mega huge congratulations to my clients and now friends Greg and Crystal! 🏡🎉🏡❤️

About a year and a half ago we started this home search and got to know each other and seeing the home they found, I’d say their patience paid off! 🙏🏼

We ended up finding the perfect home for them with the space, location, and amenities they wanted, plus so much more! 🔥

About a month or so ago I got a message from a friend I had met while cashiering at Meijer, maybe 5-6 years ago or so , she had mentioned her son was looking for a home and she got us connected through Facebook.

That was only about a month ago…lol and now I can proudly congratulate Kyle on officially closing on his first home! 🙏🏼🏡🎉

He was very certain of what he wanted and after meeting for a buyer consultation, I knew it wouldn’t take him long to find what he was looking for and do what he needed to make it happen!

Throughout the whole transaction, Kyle, the listing agent, and our awesome lender were huge parts of this transaction going from under contract to closing in less than 30 days!
