This one did not go as planned. None of us expected some a nice home, priced appropriately, in an amazing location, to take as long as it did to sell. This situation is typically a lot more difficult when your clients are your friends. Thankfully, I have amazing friends who trusted me the entire time and never gave up on me to help them. Truly, what a blessing it is to have friends like The Mauk’s!

Nipsco says that 99% of customers are restored with electricity after the “Derecho” in NWI two weeks ago. NWI experienced the equivalent of an inland Hurricane, an EF-1 Tornado in Munster, and an EF-2 Tornado in Saint John. Gary and Portage still have reported many electrical outages.
