A client told me something recently that caught me a little off guard. They had chosen another Realtor because they thought I was only doing remodels and flips now.

So I figured it might be time for a quick reminder. 😂

I’m still very much in real estate and actively helping people buy and sell homes.

This past year I’ve spent more time hands-on with our remodeling projects while Alena was pregnant, since that side of the business is normally more of her focus. So if you follow me on here, you’ve probably seen a lot more construction, renovations and projects than you normally would.

But real estate is still a huge part of what I do.

In fact, I think the combination has made me even better at helping my clients. After years of selling homes, investing, flipping and remodeling, I’m able to look at a property from more than just the sales side…. whether that means recognizing potential, understanding what a renovation may involve, or helping someone decide whether a house actually makes sense for them.

So just to clear up any confusion:

🏡 Yes, I’m still selling real estate.
🔨 Yes, I’m still remodeling and investing.
😂 Apparently I need to post more pictures of myself standing next to real estate signs.
