Here's what to know before you're in that position:

Rate locks typically run 30, 45, or 60 days. Know yours.

What usually doesn’t?

❌ Trendy décor
❌ Cosmetic upgrades alone

That doesn’t mean presentation doesn’t matter when selling a home. It absolutely does. Great marketing and presentation help attract buyers and stronger offers.
