Joe Fisher, our Director of Construction, and Bailey McBride joined KELOLAND Living to take you behind the scenes of the Kelly Construction building process.

We talk through everything from choosing the right lot and floor plan to home positioning, plumbing rough-ins, engineered framing, weekly construction reviews and some of the details behind the walls that homeowners may never see, but absolutely matter.
