FIVE STARS!
I highly recommend David Smith, Realtor! He helped me find the perfect house in the right neighborhood! David was attentive to my requirements and we worked well together. He recommended an excellent inspector who did a very thorough job on the house. After the inspection, there were a few things to be fixed and David got those included in an addendum and they were repaired quickly before closing. David was responsive to my texts and calls and was available when I needed to visit the house prior to closing. I would definitely work with him again!!
