After a long list of repairs, a whole lot of negotiating, and plenty of back-and-forth… we are officially UNDER CONTRACT in Justin! 🙌

So glad we got this one across the finish line. Now, on to closing! 🔑✨

🏡 From renters to homeowners! 🔑❤️

This sweet first-time homebuyer couple made the brilliant decision to stop renting and start building something of their own -and I was SO honored to be along for the ride!

To say we had fun shopping for houses would be an understatement. Their energy, excitement and enthusiasm were absolutely contagious. And honestly? It was refreshing. 🥰

On closing day, before we had even finished the final walk-through with their builder, they were already sending me pictures and videos of their new home. 😂

And then…THREE DAYS after closing, they had the entire house furnished and decorated! When they told me they barely slept, I completely believed them. 😂

There’s just something extra special about helping someone purchase their first home. Watching the excitement go from “Could this be the one?” to “THIS IS OUR HOME!” never gets old.

I’m always honored when someone trusts me to help them through such a big milestone, but these two definitely raised the bar on the fun factor! ❤️

I’m checking out of work early today. ✌️😂

I mean, it’s International Day of Friendship, and I’m pretty sure that’s a perfectly legitimate reason to abandon my desk and go hang out with my friends. 🤷‍♀️

Besides… Mahjong originated in China. China is international. Mahjong with friends = INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP. 🀄️🌎😂

And it’s been a pretty productive week before I clocked out:

🏡 One home UNDER CONTRACT
🔑 One home CLOSING TOMORROW
🏠 Found a lease for a new client

So I’m calling that a successful week and taking the rest of the day for some important business…

Mahjong. In a swimming pool. With some of my favorite people. 😂🩵🀄️
