Just got hit with a $600+ invoice from our Realtor association… due at the end of the month 🙃
A building assessment, local dues, tech fees, advertising fees, Realtor legal assessment, and something called an IMPAF assessment (no idea what that is, but apparently I’m paying it).

All this… just so I can keep working.
