What does a day in the life of a commercial real estate broker look like?

Last week, students from Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas (.Dallas) found out firsthand.

Our team welcomed students to SRS HQ for an interactive career exploration day, where they participated in hands on activities designed to introduce them to commercial real estate and the work our producers do every day. It was an opportunity to ask questions, collaborate, and experience an industry they may not have considered before.

To close out the day, we were honored to present a $100,000 donation to Boys & Girls Clubs of America () through the SRS Give-Back Fund. By pooling contributions from team members across SRS, the fund allows us to support nonprofit organizations that help us make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day such a success. We can’t wait to do it again next year.

Welcome to Winter Park, ! 🎉

The globally recognized coffee, juice, and sandwich concept has opened its first location in Central Florida at Winter Park Square, a Whole Foods-anchored shopping center in one of Orlando’s most affluent trade areas.

This opening represents another successful step in Joe & The Juice’s U.S. growth strategy, with additional stores planned for Florida and beyond.

As comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on the pioneers who paved the way and to celebrate the incredible women across our company who continue to move our industry forward.

At SRS, one of the ways our commitment is reflected is through the number of females we have in leadership positions, and especially our focus on our women in brokerage network SOAR (Support, Opportunity, Advancement, and Relationships.)

In an industry where women have historically been underrepresented, creating space for connection, mentorship, and advancement is essential. As one of the few programs of its kind in commercial real estate, SOAR is helping build a stronger pipeline of female talent and representation.

Bringing women together to share insights, build lasting relationships, and support one another’s growth is one example of how we support and celebrate this Women’s History Month and beyond!

Raising Cane's continues its remarkable growth story, reaching a major milestone with the opening of its 1,000th restaurant on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.

SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to support longtime client Raising Cane’s in its national expansion, with Scott Landgraf, Garrett Colburn, and McCall Huske representing the brand on this flagship location along the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame. The two-story restaurant features a design inspired by Hollywood, including LED screens, a nearly 7-foot-tall golden statue of Cane III, and immersive brand elements that celebrate the journey to 1,000 locations.
