We are a new real estate company but we have over 20 years of collective local experience. We specialize in residential and lakefront properties in Jefferson, Sevier, Cocke, Knox and Blount Counties. rray of internet marketing, and we still use print advertising as one of several means to get a home sold. We provide Sellers with feedback from the Buyer and the Buyer's Agent after showings. Buyers: We will help you with the purchase of your new home and guide you through each step. If you need us to, we can even help you finding a lender. We will search for homes that best meet your criteria, schedule the showings, research the properties and negotiate a price point for the property that you choose. We will schedule any and all inspections and handle all of the paperwork and negotiations that are involved with your purchase. We do everything possible to ensure that the purchase of your new home is a smooth process! Verni Jones is Owner/Principal Broker, Bobbie Morris is an Affiliate Broker. We are currently members of the Greater Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors, Lakeway Area Association of Realtors and the Knox Area Association of Realtors. These memberships provide resources for both our Buyers and Sellers. For our Buyers these memberships allow us to search through all three multiple listing services while looking for their next home, this allows us to offer buyers more options.
