Sometimes you just have to THANK the people that stood by you.

I’m honored to receive the Top Producer Award from Legacy Real Estate for July.
It might not be a lot to others, but this means so much to me—not simply because of the award, but because of all the people and experiences behind it.

Today I stopped by my cousin’s beautiful ranch to check on things. The two sweet donkeys were waiting for treats, and thanks to my cousins telling me where they kept the goodies, they got a little extra love today! 🫏❤️

Seeing how close the Morgan Fire came is a powerful reminder of how quickly life can change. We are incredibly thankful for the courageous firefighters, first responders, law enforcement, pilots, and every person who worked tirelessly to protect our communities. Your dedication and sacrifice do not go unnoticed. Thank you, CAL FIRE, and everyone who stood on the front lines.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who prayed for the families, firefighters, animals, and communities in harm’s way. God truly hears the prayers of His people.

This is also a reminder for all of us to ask ourselves: Are we prepared? Have we made an emergency plan? Do we have important documents, medications, and necessities ready if we ever have to leave at a moment’s notice?

As we count our blessings today, let’s continue praying for those who have lost so much and for the brave men and women who continue protecting our communities.

Two successful closings, two beautiful stories, and one very grateful heart. ✨

This month I had the blessing of closing two homes in San Pablo, and I’m reminded once again how amazing God’s timing can be.

The first home was sold for a wonderful client who has entrusted me with the sale of three homes over the years. That kind of loyalty and confidence in my work is something I will always cherish.

While I was at that property meeting the home inspector, a gentleman came through who was looking for a place to call his own. That unexpected meeting led me to help him find a home just down the street—bringing me to my second closing.

Moments like these remind me that real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about relationships, trust, listening, and helping people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I am truly thankful to God for His continued blessings, for the wonderful clients who place their trust in me, and for every new chapter I have the privilege of being part of. 🏡🙏

Here’s to new beginnings and many happy memories ahead.

Went back to my cousin’s ranch today—the one I had the honor of selling him—and wow… they’ve completely transformed it. Electric gates, beautiful new fencing, a big chicken house, pastures for the donkeys, even a racetrack! I was tempted to sneak in and leave a little surprise, but figured jumping the fence might not end well 😂
