🌟 March Activity Report 🌟
March was an incredible month, filled with meaningful moments and exciting milestones for my clients! 🏡✨
I had the privilege of serving as the buyer’s agent for 9421 Collier Loop—such a special closing for first-time homebuyers! 🎉 A huge thank you to Katharine Rice for listing such a wonderful home. My buyers are already settling in and adding their own personal touches, and it’s been so rewarding to watch their homeownership journey begin. 💛
On the listing side, I had the honor of representing my dear friends on the sale of their home at 13515 Antler Hill Rd. This one was truly bittersweet as they relocate to Pennsylvania, but I couldn’t be more excited for them as they move closer to family and step into a new chapter. ❤️ A big thank you to Ross Hensler for bringing amazing buyers to the table!
I also had the opportunity to help a client in Mobile County take a huge step—transitioning out of the rental market and into building equity through homeownership. 🙌 That’s always a win! A special shoutout to Trinette Parker, an outstanding D.R. Horton Homes Sales Rep, for being an incredible partner and helping us get him into the perfect home.
And of course, none of this would be possible without amazing lenders like Jennifer Dishong Patronsky and the team at DHI Mortgage, along with Anchor Title Company and AL Land Title for ensuring smooth closings. 🤝 And Pillar to Post Home Inspectors- Sloan Team &Knockout Inspections for giving all the clients involved in these transactions- peace of mind when buying these homes.
It was truly a fantastic month, and I’m so excited to roll into April! I already have 2 new clients on market as “Coming Soon” launching today, and a couple more in the pipeline. 🚀
