🚨 UAD 3.6 is here! 🚨
We’re excited to announce that Advanced Appraisal TN is now offering UAD 3.6 appraisal reports.
So, what exactly is UAD 3.6? It’s the new standardized system for creating and submitting residential appraisal reports. You may also hear it referred to as the Uniform Residential Dataset (UAD 3.6) and the new report format as the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).
We’re staying ahead of the changes and are ready to provide our clients with appraisal reports using the new UAD 3.6 standards.

We were proud to support the Webb Spartan Football Fundraiser at Avalon Golf Course, where our team finished 3rd overall with 20-under-par (52)! 👏
