Every closing is a little different. Sometimes you’re sitting at the closing table with your clients, making sure they understand all the paperwork. And sometimes you’re sitting in the car with their dog, keeping her company while her humans sign the paperwork for her new backyard. 🏡🐾

So excited for my sellers on the closing of this incredible property!

This was easily one of the most beautiful and unique homes I’ve had the opportunity to represent. It took some patience, persistence, and plenty of work behind the scenes, but ultimately the right buyer found the home at one of our open houses.
