There’s a version of Carrollwood most people just drive through on their way to somewhere else.

Last Saturday, for me, it was a milkshake loaded with an entire slice of cake at The Yard.

While Friday, someone swore Piccolo Buco’s pizza was better than what they had in Naples, and one bite in, I believed them.

Yesterday it was coffee at Perfect Press before a showing, because apparently the whole neighborhood conspired to make me late.

This is what a regular week actually looks like here. Coffee on the way to work, dinner without driving twenty minutes for it, a milkshake that somehow becomes the whole point of your Saturday.
Desserts, dinner, and coffee that never require leaving the neighborhood.

Congratulation to our buyers whose patience through this process allowed them to pick up this great home on Davis Islands.
