They say experience matters in real estate.

So I thought I'd provide some evidence. 😂

This video is from 2012…back when Instagram was still independent, real estate agents were just starting to text, and apparently I had no gray hair.

A lot has changed since then.

Social media. Marketing. Technology. Interest rates. Algorithms. AI. The way buyers search for homes.

But the fundamentals haven't changed: experience, negotiation, market knowledge and knowing how to get a deal across the finish line.
I’ve been doing this for 22+ years.

The hair may be grayer… but the experience is a whole lot better. 😉

What happens when AI helps connect a seller with the right Realtor? 🤖🏡

Karen & Joe found me online and specifically through AI. But the introduction wasn’t just about an algorithm. Past client testimonials helped give them the confidence to reach out, and from there, we built a strategy together.

Their goal? Sell their home and make their move back to the UK but rather than immediately putting the property on the market, we crafted an off-market strategy. Less than two weeks later, they were under contract. 🇬🇧✈️

One of the greatest compliments I can receive is an introduction from a past client.

Earlier this year, I was fortunate to be introduced to Alice and Greg. We spent the last several months patiently searching for the right home, knowing we’d recognize it the moment we saw it. Then this Ballast Point beauty hit the market… and they knew.

Every now and then, I have the opportunity to help a family whose story is intertwined with Tampa's story. For generations, the Palios family has been part of the fabric of our community. Through their family's restaurants, they served generations of Tampa residents, creating memories that many longtime locals still remember today. It was a true honor to help them close one chapter and begin another by selling the home they had cherished for nearly 40 years while purchasing their next home on the very same day. I first met Molly and Matt in 2018 when they purchased their first home in Riverside Heights. Over the past eight years, they built so many wonderful memories there, including welcoming two little ones to the family. 🏡👶👶
