Two Dayton REALTORS® past-presidents were honored this week at the annual Ohio REALTORS® Convention and Expo in Columbus.

Anjanette Frye was awarded the Vincent T. Aveni Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing past presidents of Ohio REALTORS® who have demonstrated exemplary service and dedication to the organization.

Past-president Nancy Farkas received the prestigious Distinguished Service Award. It is one of the highest honors presented by the organization, recognizing members who show exceptional, long-standing dedication to the real estate industry.

Another session of The Leadership Lab with Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati is in the books!

This session focused on one of the most valuable leadership skills: public speaking. Whether addressing a room full of people or presenting a listing, being a confident and convincing communicator is an important part of effective leadership.

Our speaker, Eric Barrett, led the group through a spokesperson class before participants put their skills to the test by presenting their leadership capstone projects.
