Crestwood Senior Mohammed Ali Al-Sabeh Earns Full-Ride to USC
Crestwood High School senior Mohammed Ali Al-Sabeh is heading to the University of Southern California on a full-ride Trustee Scholarship, capping off an extraordinary high school career.
As Salutatorian, Mohammed Ali has excelled academically, completing 13 AP courses, 6 Dual Enrollment college courses, and 2 Honors courses. His work as a NASA-GLOBE researcher has led to published research on artificial light pollution, and he’s currently collaborating with the University of Toledo to design sensors for a ThinSat Satellite.
Beyond the classroom, Mohammed Ali is making a global impact. As a Key Club International Trustee, he helps coordinate volunteer efforts for over 225,000 high school students worldwide. He also mentors children at Heritage Orphanage in Nigeria, teaching cybersecurity, file management, website creation, and mathematics.
His achievements have earned him national recognition—he was recently named a 2025 Coca-Cola Scholar, one of just 150 students nationwide selected from over 105,000 applicants.
This fall, Mohammed Ali will begin his journey at USC, where he plans to double major in Biochemistry and Mathematics on the pre-med track.
Congratulations, Mohammed Ali! Your hard work, leadership, and dedication continue to inspire the Crestwood community.
