👉Pay the difference: If the buyer is still committed to the original purchase price, they can pay the difference between the appraisal value and the loan amount out-of-pocket.

👉Canceling the deal: If the buyer and seller can’t reach a compromise, the buyer might be able to cancel - however, it will depend on what financing or appraisal contingencies may or may not be included in your contract.
