Doing your final walkthrough 1–2 days before closing.

Always do it on the day of closing. Things can change overnight — especially with Michigan storms.

Don't be the realtor that does this.

Leaving a house "Active" after you've accepted an offer — then declining every showing — is against MLS guidelines and it burns buyers and their agents.

If you want backup offers, mark it accepting backups. If you're done showing, mark it Pending.
