There is a new registration program for short-term rentals that OWNERS MUST register their property!!!

Dekalb Short-Term Rental Program is now live!

The DeKalb County Planning & Sustainability Department has officially launched the short-term rental (STR) program! All STR owners/operators have 30 days to apply for and obtain a STR license using the new portal:
