As we wrap up our team introductions, we'd like to introduce the Broker and Owner of B. Ozuna Real Estate, Blanca M. Ozuna,👏
Born and raised in Del Rio, Texas, Blanca brings years of experience in banking, lending, and real estate, providing her clients with a unique and well-rounded perspective on one of life's most important investments. Her extensive background in finance and real estate, combined with her deep knowledge of the local market, has allowed her to successfully guide buyers, sellers, investors, and families through every stage of their real estate journey.
Blanca's passion for helping others, combined with her dedication to exceptional service, led her to build B. Ozuna Realty Group under eXp Realty in 2022. Through years of serving clients, leading a team, and mentoring fellow agents, she earned her Texas Broker's License in 2025 and proudly opened B. Ozuna Real Estate in 2026.
As Broker and Owner, Blanca is passionate not only about helping clients achieve their real estate goals, but also about supporting and mentoring the agents on her team. She believes that strong leadership, education, and collaboration are essential to creating successful real estate professionals and delivering the highest level of service to every client. Her educational background, which includes an Associate Degree from Southwest Texas Junior College and a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies from Grand Canyon University, has helped shape her love for teaching, coaching, and helping others succeed.
For Blanca, real estate is about more than buying and selling property. It's about building relationships, creating opportunities, educating clients, and helping families navigate some of the most important milestones of their lives with confidence and peace of mind 💛
When she's not serving clients or mentoring agents, Blanca enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found cheering from the stands at softball 🥎 and baseball ⚾️ games. She also values creativity, personal growth, and has long admired the resilience, authenticity, and artistry of Frida Kahlo, whose strength and individuality continue to inspire her both personally and professionally. ❤️🏠
