After one incredible month, we’re sitting at the airport heading back home to the USA. 🇺🇸✈️🇮🇹

Part of this adventure was just the two of us, and part was spent with family, but every single day brought something special. So many memories, so many laughs, and so many moments I’ll carry with me forever.

I’m excited to get home to see Sophia and Gus 🐾🐶🥷😈 and soon Natalia , but if I’m honest, a little piece of my heart always stays behind in Italy. ❤️

Already missing the beautiful views, the slower pace, the people, and of course… la dolce vita.

Our month-long Italy adventure is almost over, and my heart is full of gratitude and a little sadness too.

Today, Peter and I explored a village we had missed along the Ligurian coast, a place we’ve come to love. The rain led us into a small restaurant in Zoagli, where an unexpected lunch became one of those special moments we’ll remember long after the trip ends.

Watching the rain fall outside, it felt like Italy was giving us one last lesson: slow down, stay present, and savor what’s right in front of you.
