When I was asked to list this development, I took on a new construction home being built on 1.43 acres, and 2 empty 1.80 acre lots. I changed the approach to sell the new build as is and make the 2 lots land and home packages or lot only sales and we will be closing out as 3 land and home new construction builds with JF Contractors- Custom Home Builder!

My elderly seller client moved out of state and needed her home sold quickly and for as much as possible. We had it under contract in only 4 days and for more than she expected! 💪🏼 She didn’t even have to come back for the closing because I took care of signing for her via POA. Easy peasy!
