This move was a bittersweet one. We sold the home they had lived in for 28 years. A home where kids were raised, memories were made, and so much life took place. This is such a great example of why real estate is about so much more than selling houses. Homes hold stories, milestones, and chapters of life that are not easy to leave behind. In a crazy small-world moment, Brett and Brenda actually knew the buyers from years ago, which made this closing even more special.

Now they get to begin a new chapter in their beautiful forever home. They eliminated the stairs and gained square footage, which sounds like a pretty great trade-off! Brett and Brenda, I hope your new home brings your family the same love, joy, and happiness you experienced over the last 28 years. I hope countless new memories are made there!

Congratulations Roman and Tammy!

What started as a simple conversation at an open house back in February of 2023 turned into a friendship that I’m truly grateful for. You never know when a small conversation will turn into a meaningful relationship.

Over the past few weeks, I had the privilege of helping Roman and Tammy with the sale of their home and the purchase of their beautiful new home. I’m so grateful for the opportunity, their trust, and the chance to help them navigate this move into such an exciting new chapter.

One of the most rewarding parts of this job is getting a front row seat to witness people’s wins, especially when it’s someone you’ve known for a long time! Closing day for Chloe and Abigail!!!

New to Colorado and ready to plant some roots, these two found a beautiful home in a neighborhood that puts them close to friends, close to work, and right where they wanted to be. Even better, we were able to secure an awesome deal along the way.

This one was extra special. I was referred to them by an agent who also happens to be Chloe’s sister, and what started as a business relationship quickly turned into a friendship I’m truly grateful for and look forward to keeping.

I was also excited to learn they’re both sports fans, so I’m already looking forward to the day they come up the road a bit and catch one of our high school games!
