NEW BUILDS ARE NOT PERFECT
Brand-new home = no problems, right?

Not necessarily.

Even new construction can have issues, and some of them can be expensive if they aren’t caught early.

Things like:
✔️ Plumbing or water leaks
✔️ Grading and drainage problems
✔️ Electrical issues
✔️ HVAC problems
✔️ Roofing or exterior defects
✔️ Poor workmanship or unfinished items
This is exactly why I recommend having an independent home inspection—even when the home is brand new.
The builder has inspections along the way, but you still want someone looking at the home specifically for YOU.

✔️ Landscaping or fencing
✔️ Even help with breaking your current lease

The key is knowing what to ask for BEFORE you walk into the sales office.

And remember—the builder’s sales representative works for the builder, not you.
