Same house. Different strategy. Very different result. 🏡

9039 S Bertha Court had previously been on the market for 3½ months without selling. When that listing ended, the sellers were referred to me by a mutual contact and asked what I would do differently.

We started with an honest look at the current market and what today’s buyers are responding to. Then we brought in Sensational Staging to help the home show at its best and rolled out my full marketing plan to give the property a fresh start.

The result?
Under contract in 10 days. Full-price offer. And SOLD today.

Let me introduce you to my guilty pleasure: The Farmstand 🌿 This business started as a converted bookshelf on a road I travel frequently in Evergreen and was so popular they opened up a shop last week. The owners now have all sorts of gifts and food items in addition to their delicious sourdough bread. Get there early if you want a blueberry and lemon scone! The chocolate chip cookies were delish! Look for The Farmstand just north of the traffic circle in Marshdale on Hwy 73 in Evergreen. Just be sure to leave a scone for me!
