I haven’t written this story yet — let’s dive in! We moved to Denver in 2001. We loved our next door neighbors and their wonderful children who later babysat and entertained our kiddos. They let our little ones wander into their home showcasing any condition of attire and hair, judgement free. Our kids got to shoot bows and arrows in their yard, stare at their fish, and talk their ears off about who knows what. We have piles of wonderful memories from that time in our lives, and have deep adoration and respect for these friends.

Then they moved to the mountains and communications dwindled down to a few texts each year cheering on major family events like weddings and new grandchildren. 💛

Until! They called to ask if I could help them sell their condo in Cap Hill/Cheesman Park! So, plans started on how to convert the unit into something special that the market would respond to. The selections and work, led entirely by , included coordinating with multiple trades and the HOA, and choosing elements that highlighted the original character of the building. It resulted in this crisp condo that exudes a heck of a personality on sunny days, and lives like a cozy blanket on rainy days. Working through getting this home sold meant lots of communication, many laughs (honestly because my friends have the best sense of humor through tricky situations), and a successful sale!

I’m sure going to miss those calls! But maybe we can keep in touch over fun things instead of last-minute emergency drill-downs on missing HOA documents! Haha! 😂

Praise for the seasons of our lives! My friends are starting a new chapter in the swanky, soul-filled neighborhood of South Broadway. This area has seen many resurgences since development began in the 1860s. Layers have been added over the years, giving this community even richer depth and increased character. Its popularity is on the rise and Denver is lucky to have pockets like this that rock their own personality!
