This is an exciting one!

These Buyers were referred to me from one of their fathers on the east coast and had been with another agent prior to working with me. They had offered on a couple of homes and gotten to inspection and discovered the homes they were under contract on had more issues than they wanted, and so they had terminated. They had very specific style and location needs and so I scoured on and off market listings. The week before we found this home, we had offered on another property and lost and it was truly meant to be. This home came on the market the following weekend and we snagged it QUICK! Congrats to these guys on an amazing Denver home with all of the historic charm and for landing such a great location.

If you're looking for the perfect house, I have two pieces of advice for you:
1. Be patient! It will come. And when it does, listen to your agent for advice. (if you need an agent, you know where to find me).
2. Be willing to compromise- I don't mean on everything, but the perfect house doesn't exist, regardless of how much or how little money you have to spend. When you work with me, we get as close as we can to ticking as many boxes as possible from your list!

Wondering what you can get in Centennial for under $900k?

This transaction was great for so many reasons. My clients had their eyes on a couple of blocks in this neighborhood, with the intention of living no more than 10 minutes walking distance from their family. When this home came on, they were ready to pounce! We were initially in a bidding war for this home and lost it to a cash offer. We decided to submit a backup offer, and we lucked out- the first contract fell through, and their loss was our opportunity. The house appraised for more than the contract price, so we started with instant equity, AND we were able to secure $21500 in concessions for the client to use at closing.

The best part of it all? This was a referral from the wonderful ! Happy to be a part of this transaction on so many fronts!

What can you get in Littleton, CO for under $700K? A beautifully sold home at 6158 S Westview St and a friendship that started long before closing day.

These clients first crossed paths with me at an open house. Fast-forward through staying in touch, becoming friends, finding their dream home, and deciding to sell, and I got to be part of every step!

This one took a bit of patience. The home sat on the market for a bit while we dialed in the right price and waited for the right buyer. Once the weather started warming up, we got new photos, and immediately got more showings and ended up getting multiple offers! It's a great reminder that trusting your agent on pricing and presentation isn't just advice, it's the strategy that gets you to the finish line.
