Some stories mean a little more than just another "Under Contract" post. ❤️

A few weeks ago, my clients were feeling defeated. Their home had been listed with another agent for days with no showings and no offers. At the same time, they had fallen in love with a home they desperately wanted to buy, but their offer had been denied.

Being frustrated and discouraged can cause you to wonder if your goals are even possible…and that’s when they trusted me to step in.

We created a new strategy for selling their home, repositioned the listing, improved the marketing, and within a week we had buyers through the door. Less than 20 days later, we received a strong offer and their home is officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

But that's not even my favorite part of this story.
The home they thought they had lost? We didn't give up. I restructured the offer, negotiated aggressively, and today that dream home is under contract too. 🏡✨
