🚨 My buyer is officially CLEAR TO CLOSE on her FIRST HOME! 🎉 🚨🏡🔑
You're probably wondering what “Clear to Close” even means… 👀
Clear to Close is basically the GREEN LIGHT from the lender! 🟢🏡 It means the loan has made it through underwriting, the required documents have been reviewed, and the lender has given final approval to move forward with closing.
In first-time homebuyer language: WE MADE IT. 😭🙌🏽 The hard part is DONE, and now we’re getting ready for signatures, keys 🔑 and officially becoming a HOMEOWNER! 🏡
That’s why you see realtors get so excited about those three little words! CLEAR. TO. CLOSE. 🎉
Before we started working together, my buyer was already on the hunt to become a homeowner. She had talked to lenders who told her different information and others who had stopped responding altogether. After enough dead ends, it would’ve been easy for her to believe that homeownership just wasn’t in the cards for her.
